I'm contemplating dealing Eric Lauer for a soon-to-be-up Roansy Contreras in my dynasty league. Is this a good move? Are you high on Contreras?

I am. Lauer's improvement sure seems real ... but in a dynasty, RC for sure. Has shown he can adapt quickly

In 10-team Roto Category 24-man roster, unlimited IL league w daily pickups. I'm carrying eleven SPs — Morton, Houck, E-Rod, Sandoval, Montgomery, Skubal, Brash, Gore, Megill, T. Anderson, and Whitlock. Is that too many? Thinking I should drop two and pick up some middle/bulk relievers (Keegan Thompson, Wil Crowe) or Jorge Lopez — eligible at SP but being used as high leverage reliever Your thoughts?

Jo Adell now crushing the ball… the few times he makes contact with it. Do you think this is who he is as a major league hitter, or is there anything in his profile giving hope for improved contact / patience? And will Maddon let him figure it out or could he be AAA bound again (eg when rosters contract)?

last year's improve contact/patience is in his profile ...so yes. BUT -- and this is huge -- I'm really starting to wonder if Maddon will get in the way as you suggest. Not thrilled about the situation there.
