Not sure that leading the division changes things. The injury break helped some, but I'll bet they continue to slow him down. Not sure of a complete shut down.

Is Kutter Crawford a SP going forward? A good or mediocre one?

Think he has the stuff to be a good one. This could be looked at as a consolidation year when we look back.

Really appreciate these Monday diversions. Thanks for taking the time.

NL 5x5 260. Rank as keepers for 2024:  Taillon 5, Pfaadt 6, B Garrett 3, Lodolo 7, Cavalli 7, Max Meyer 7

Of course; these Mondays are fun for me ...

Lodolo 7 / Pfaadt 6 / Garrett 3, and then ....
Def not interested in Taillon; doubtful that I'm interested in either Cavailli or Meyer at those prices. Maybe Meyer (feel like higher ceiling and closer to contributing), but feel like those prices are high. Hopefully you don't have to make those keep calls until Feb/March?

Veen, Jett Williams or Justin Crawford long term?

Crawford slightly over Williams right now, though could make the case for either. Not as high on Veen

Another one in the books! Thanks all ... check out our offerings at BaseballHQ if you're not a subscriber, as well as make a note of First Pitch Arizona conference (price deadline a week away). Keep your eyes peeled here for next week; we'll likely have a Labor Day chat, thought time or writer may change. Thanks all ... have a great week!
