Congrats! Keep at it ... This week, yes; ROS, it all depends on Grissom. If he kills it for three weeks at 2B such that they have to find lineup room in OF/DH for him once Albies is back, then Grissom could be better than Gordon. But a big fan of what NickG has done so far and seems like they are rewarding him w/ run in MIN.

Time to cut bait with Nick Lodolo for this season?
Brent Hershey

Sorry, but impossible to answer without context - league size/format; who to replace with. Yes, last two starts have been duds, but looked great in July.

Brady Singer has now shut down the Dodgers and Yankees in two of his last three starts, is he officially breaking out, or just a small sample?
Brent Hershey

Seems like the former, which is wild considering the opponents as you note. Moving the ball around, a bit more change-ups. I'm riding it for now.

Hello Brent. Standard 5x5 AL only keeper league. In second place with a chance. Need 2 of these 3 starting pitchers down the stretch. Lynch, Manning or Bradish? The other question is, which two would be the better possible keepers for 2023?
Brent Hershey
11:56
ROS: Tough to rely on 2 of these. I guess Lynch and Manning; mostly due to more experience than Bradish -- though I do like Bradish's strikeout potential AND there seems to be some good things happening with young pitchers outperforming peripherals in BAL.
Keepers: Prob lean Lynch/Bradish, but again it's close. Manning has just seemed so hittable in his career so far

HQ speed round: chance of Puk getting > 1 save this week? In my league, a  SP win + QS = 2 saves, so deciding between lesser SP and Puk.
Brent Hershey
11:56
I'd go lesser SP

Is Steven Kwan's third act in 2022 a hot streak, or something more sustainable? He's always had the speed and is now using it more and with greater success. Leading off every day for a hot lineup sure helps with production. Still showing platoon splits but far from helpless vL.

Still a hot streak for me; tough to give up the power stats

Hi Brent, might be too late today but have a couple of questions just in case. Is Max Kepler a drop in a 16 team league (H2H categories, keepers), especially with guys hopefully coming off the IL for me? Also, do you see Patrick Sandoval as being helpful ROS? Feel like I definitely need to pick and choose his starts. Thanks!
Brent Hershey
11:58
Can prob drop Kepler w/ other options. Sandoval def not an auto-start at this point. If you have room, he can still be useful.

sorry im late. moncada  winker and pollack. next year? 4x4 keeper AL only thank you
Brent Hershey
11:59
I think they will all be cheap in the draft unless they get scorching in last 7 weeks. So not much keeper value I don't think.

Brent Hershey

Yes, he's one I would keep

Vinnie P's luck finally evening out. While the KC lineup will hold him back some, the underlying numbers are elite. How high is his 2023 upside?
Brent Hershey
12:01
Yeah, he's probably upper-echelon of 1B eligs in the AL, at least. Lots to like

Hi, Brent .. I need an arm for my H2H league to boost my chances come playoff time. Strider or Darvish -- who would you go all-in for???
Brent Hershey
12:02
Strider, even with innings limit concerns. Good luck!
