I think he gets a part time shot which he can grow with strong results. I'm less certain he's actually going to perform better than Desmond though.
The league didn't get a chance to adjust to him last season.
There are some serious red flags in his profile. Perhaps I'll do a full deep dive on him for Friday.

And I think Alvarez will start every AL game at DH

Dynasty League.  I am in win now mode, and have Olson at 1B.  Got offered Kieboom for Goldy?  Pull trigger to squeeze out some dynasty value out of Goldy, and have Olson take over 1B?

I dug into Goldy a few weeks ago. Aside from teams shifting him successfully, I see no signs of actual decline.

I'm actually very in on Jansen this year. He's already a good defender, and I think the bat comes around in a big way now that he's had some exposure.
