I guess "good buy low candidate" is a relatively subjective definition, but do you really think CarGo can turn it around? Better target - him or Cespedes as a rental?

Cargo has had multiple seasons where he's spent 60 days as one of the worst hitters and another 60 as one of the best

I mean yes, you're right if the balls are actually juiced, but indirectly
it's encouraged hitters to adopt the swing changes of Donaldson, JDM, Murphy, etc. etc.

I just completed my first trade ever in Fantasy. I traded Bud Norris (I never win saves and I'm afraid he'll get traded) for Justin Verlander. How did I do? Will Verlander get better?

I am sure someone may want to quantify this, but teams carrying more pitchers and fewer starters on pace for 200 innings means the worst MLB pitchers are (by rank) worse, and the bottom tier of them are pitching more often
