Gimme Stroman and Pollock. However, before you trade Lester, you need to be sure you can afford the loss of pitching stats. Moving from Lester to replacement level will really hurt. Whereas Pollock to say Pham isn't all that painful

Leave him stashed. Somebody else will probably hit the DL before you need to make a move
Straily or Monty are probably the cut unless McCann is just chilling on your bench

Cesar Hernandez was in a similar boat last year (4%ish through 3 months) before he suddenly became very selective. Had a .400ish OBP in the second half. Not saying Peraza will do that, but it's in the realm of possibility
