Different questions really, since the $300M on Seager would be drawn out over a decade while you're talking about five or six years to spend that kind of money on those other three

So while Story, Marte and Taylor would more meaningfully upgrade the roster than Seager would in the short term, I doubt it's realistic to expect the Yankees or anyone else to take on that kind of money on an annual basis
