It's not about the $375K -- it's about what conceding means for future arbitration classes.

At this point only if they're planning to sell low on Winker, which I doubt. I think he'll land with the Cardinals, Braves or Rangers (though an injury somewhere between now and opening day could always create a new landing spot)

Said relievers who are left -- pretty much Pedro Strop and Brandon Kintzler at this point -- probably prefer to sign with contenders and are hoping to get more elsewhere. I think Miami will eventually get someone though

If we were, I wouldn't have been in the comments of that post talking about how silly they are, nor would I have written at the end of our post on the thing how unsubstantiated the whole thing feels.

If you think the buzzer rumors are unsubstantiated... does that mean you buy that Altuve was just yelling "don't rip off my jersey" because of his wife/being shy?

I don't know why he was doing it -- but there are a billion possible explanations for it and the most concrete things we have tying them to buzzers are some anonymous burner account and Trevor Bauer saying "yeah I heard something like that too" -- without actually making an accusation.
