I doubt Mesa Jr. even gets $1MM.

There are always some guys who pop up over the course of a signing period ... and even if there aren't any $1MM+ guys, there are probably plenty of six-figure talents left to sign. Really, the majority of international free agents don't generate tons of fanfare because they're 16-18 year-old kids no one's ever heard of. It's not like people made a big deal or even blinked when Acuna and Altuve were signed. Hell they might not have even been reported.
