Who is the likely Twins starting outfield next year?  Do you trust Larnach, Buxton, and Kirilloff to stay healthy or do they need to supplement?
Steve Adams

They'll supplement -- probably add a RH bat to help offset all the lefty corner options. Whether that's via trade or free agency, the Twins don't even know yet, but they won't run this same OF group back

After: Verlander, Degrom,Rodon and Kershaw. Next level of FA starting pitchers?

NPB ace Kodai Senga is somewhere between that tier and the next tier of Manaea, Taillon, Thor, etc. that I was just discussing.

It's a deep collection of solid No. 3/4 SPs this winter.

Back with the Red Sox?

If the Sox want to re-sign him for like 2/16 or something, sure. The notion I keep seeing from Sox beat writers that he could receive a QO seems crazy to me. He should take a QO and run if the Sox lose their minds and do it, though.

Speaking of player chats, anymore on they way?  They were awesome!

Yeah I think we're going to aim to get some more lined up. They were well received  and frankly just fun for us to follow along with, too. There were a few really great ones in there.

What have you got against Tyler Anderson? He was one of best pitchers in the league...
Steve Adams

I think he'll probably sign a three-year deal. I don't have anything against him.

But he'll be 33 in December, and teams are reluctant to guarantee multi-year deals to pitchers beginning at that age. Anderson's track record is limited, and his success was based on more subtle changes to his repertoire than something dramatic, like Heaney adding a brand new slider he threw over half the time and adopting a pure two-pitch approach. Anderson also doesn't throw hard or miss tons of bats, which are the other tickets to getting paid handsomely in free agency.

Teams will probably see Anderson as a 33-year-old with a limited track record who's due for some regression and might not have as much success outside the LA pitch lab.
