I think that'd be a really nice move for Pittsburgh, and Cherington obviously knows him well from Toronto.

At this point, it seems likelier that the Jays will wait until the deadlie

Who says no? Jonathan India, Hunter Greene, and Tyler Mahle to the Dodgers for Corey Seager and a bad contact like AJ Pollock after the Dodgers acquire Francisco Lindor...

I don't think Lindor is being traded.

I'd imagine the back and forth haggling over how much of Price's contract the Red Sox are willing to eat

Why would Giants signing Wilmer Flores? Don't we already have a bunch of infielders?
Steve Adams
4:00
Back up all four infield positions/semi-regular time at 2B if/when Dubon spends time in the outfield.
Cassidy

Do you think Price is a 20 mil pitcher
Steve Adams
4:03
Not at this point in his career, no.

Surely angels and twins won't start the season without adding to their rotations
Steve Adams
4:06
Both teams did add. You may not love the additions they made -- hell, their own front offices might wish they'd been able to do more -- but they've both added. The Twins' rotation doesn't look demonstrably worse than the one that won a division last year. I also thought they Angels would do more, but the lack of a big-name pickup surely isn't for lack of trying.

Orioles set up for the worse season by a group of starting pitchers ever?
Steve Adams
4:06
We could see that from them, yes.
