Pence, Gorkys and Blanco do not constitute a logjam. They'll all be gone by next season, at which point Duggar will be getting a look as an everyday OF option with Slater probably getting regular corner reps. Williamson is probably on his last chance at this point

What's not to love about O'Neill?
Steve Adams
4:13
High strikeout rates in AAA, middling walk rate last year, .304 OBP in Triple-A isn't crazy exciting. But he's young. Not totally writing him off, would just like to see better plate discipline out of him before I'm fully sold that he's more than an Adam Duvall type (30 HR but .290-.300 OBP)

Nelson Cruz a target for the Tribe at the deadline if the Mariners are way out of it?
Steve Adams
4:16
They'd have to bench Alonso and put EE at first to DH Cruz, or just play 38-year-old Cruz in the OF
I don't see it -- especially since Cruz isn't cheap and their payroll is already pretty stretched

What are the Rangers waiting for with Calhoun, their team is awful.
Steve Adams
4:17
Calhoun isn't hitting in AAA, either, and his defense still needs work. Why rush him?
James Franco

When is the Super 2 cutoff? Can't wait for the Rays to call up Arroyo/Adames/Bauers
Steve Adams
4:17
There's no set date, but if the Rays wait until late June, they'll be in the clear.

As to Dwight's question, people were worried about the Yankees OF logjam and now look where we are, giving at bats to guys like Jace Peterson and Shane Robinson. These things solve themselves.
Steve Adams

Yup.

Hi Steve, What's the best place to get advanced stats like WAR, Line Drive %, Exit Velocity, etc..?
Steve Adams
4:18
Fangraphs, Baseball Savant, Brooks Baseball, Baseball Prospectus -- there's a litany of good sites out there

While Jed Lowrie isn't gonna continue at the current slash, can you see a final line looking like .310/.390/.475?
Steve Adams
4:19
Pretty significant career-year for a guy in his mid-30s who's rarely shown that type of power.

Who are possible trade candidates for the White Sox if they are sellers at the deadline?
Steve Adams
4:19
Abreu, Avi, Nate Jones, Soria, Avilan all seem plausible
