What do you think  he Brewers plan is for first without Tellez? They seem to be placing an awful lot on the back of Own Miller. Is a trade in the works?

They needed a 1B upgrade even when Rowdy was healthy. He's a clear non-tender candidate as a bad defensive 1B with a sub-.300 OBP. There aren't tons of great options out there... CJ Cron's having a marginal season. Carlos Santana. Mark Canha. Maybe Garrett Cooper. Could try to convince the O's to sell low on Mountcastle, I suppose.

Miller isn't a terrible stopgap but they should be working to add some kind of 1B bat there.

He's hurt and has no-trade protection so I'd imagine he's staying at this point.

Barlow. Carlos Hernandez would be interesting. The team's really bad, so there's not a ton to shop. They'd be selling really low on Singer

Yeah, it'd be a fine fit. I'm not sold on Bellinger's rebound entirely -- his plate discipline is much better but the quality of contact is legitimately bad overall -- but it's not a high bar to clear for them anyway
