Salazar hasn't thrown an MLB pitch in like two calendar years. I don't think you can count on him for anything.
Whatever he gives you is a pure bonus.

I think they should, but Dick Williams has publicly indicated a desire to add, and I've read that their owner has grown weary of the rebuild. Another few losses, though, and it's going to be tough to do anything but sell.
