Sure. I know they're reportedly looking into rental types but I'm sure they're not going to completely rule out someone with multiple years, particularly if they're arbitration years and the guy is relatively affordable. Reid Detmers, Trevor Rogers, Bryce Elder, etc.
Tyler O'Neill

Over/Under 4 years 80 million?
Steve Adams
3:54
I think the strikeouts and injuries keep him under that but not necessarily by a huge margin
Flaherty
3:54
How much does my performance after being traded to Baltimore last year affect my trade value this year?
Steve Adams
3:57
Less than his performance since signing in Detroit! I don't think anyone is going to evaluate him as though he's the same guy he was in Baltimore last year. He's a different guy... better command, more sliders, more confidence. Flaherty was just kind of a dart-throw when the O's got him last year. He wasn't pitching all that well in St. Louis, but he had some prior success and prospect pedigree. He's arguably the top arm on the market now, and I think he'll get $100MM+ this winter.

The one way that it could actually impact his trade value? I doubt the O's go back to that well, and otherwise they'd have been all over him.

Has Dylan Crews been what the Nats hoped he would be when drafting him or has some of the shine come off?
Steve Adams
3:58
He's the No. 4 prospect in all of baseball, per Baseball America. I think the Nats are pretty happy
3:59
Yeah, he's not tearing the cover off the ball since being moved up to AAA, but  he's 22. He'll be fine. (More than fine, probably. He'll likely be quite good)
Brewers

Who should the crew go after
Steve Adams
4:01
Every starting pitcher with a pulse? Ha. I don't think they'll pay up for the Crochets of the world, but anyone from Fedde to Kikuchi to Detmers to Anderson to Rogers to Littell to Blackburn etc. should be in play.

The Brewers always pull a rabbit out of their hats with regard to getting more out of pitchers than we'd expect. Look at Colin Rea and Tobias Myers. But they need some more stability.

Is there any contending team that could do nothing this deadline and you’d think “yeah, I get it.” Seems everyone needs something.
Steve Adams
4:02
I'd be surprised if the Phillies did NOTHING, but yeah that would be my reaction if they just stood pat as well.
4:03
"Meh, they're already really good and I guess I get not wanting to pay up for marginal upgrades if they found the asks on Robert, etc. to be too great"

does flaherty still get traded if skubal is dealt?
Steve Adams
4:05
The only way I see Flaherty staying in DET is if the Tigers win like 7 in a row against CLE and MIN. I think he's as good as gone, regardless of Skubal's status.

If Skubal gets moved it'll be one of those deals that gets pushed through like 40 seconds before the deadline, and we'll all be trying to wind down from a hectic deadline and Passan will bomb in and create chaos with a late tweet like 15 mins after the deadline saying Skubal went to Baltimore, ha

Mountcastle for Scott, who says no?
Steve Adams
4:05
I'm not giving up multiple years of Mountcastle for a couple months of Tanner Scott, personally.

The Rangers trade deadline plan is?
Steve Adams
4:06
Entirely contingent on how they play in the next 4-5 days
Sodo Maybe?
4:06
Emerson Hancock for Colby Mayo straight up.  Who says no?

4:08
Do the Rox actually move some guys or do they stand pat like every year?
Steve Adams
4:09
They'll move a couple guys but not the one(s) they should (namely Ryan McMahon should be moved, and won't).

I can see any combination of Quantrill, Gomber, Beeks, Diaz, Stallings on the move. Quantrill least likely ... feels like he could be another one the Rox wind up extending because they've quickly grown to love him.

Can Yankees get Chapman without trading Spencer or Jasson
Steve Adams
4:11
Regardless of which Chapman you mean (Matt or Aroldis), the answer is yes. Neither Chapman should command anything close to that type of prospect. But again, trading for Matt Chapman is tough with the opt-outs on the contract. I think a lot of fans just disregard or underestimate what a deterrent that is for the acquiring team.

I want Rengifo for the Yankees.  He's the perfect fit for them.
Steve Adams
4:12
Yeah, I think there's a good fit there. But Rengifo can hit and (kind of) play all over, so he works on a lot of teams.

Which team is more likely to trade a Top 100 prospect for Rooker, Seattle or Cleveland?
Steve Adams
4:12
Mariners seem more desperate for offense
Brian
4:12
What will Cleveland do?
Steve Adams
4:12
Add a starting pitcher that's probably not one of the big ones you've been reading/speculating about

Pirates out of the box thinking:  trade Kebryan Hayes (Yankees?) and trade for Isaac Paredes
Steve Adams
4:15
Think you're underestimating just how much Paredes would command in a trade. But if the Bucs were willing to put Bubba Chandler, Termarr  Johnson, one of the catchers out there -- I suppose. But Paredes' value is enormous (as in, it wouldn't surprise me to see the Rays asking about Jared Jones in that deal).

Ok, I've got to wrap up. Thanks for participating, as always!
