They can still trade for veterans who haven't been on a big league roster all year, but they're not going to get anyone impactful that way.

Probably more of the same from recent seasons. Could see them going from spending the usual $1-3MM per one-year deal and going like $4-8MM, but no, I don't think they're going to be in play for notable names.
