Favorite players of all time for you personally.

I was born in St. Paul in 1985 ... Kent Hrbek, Kirby Puckett, Ken Griffey Jr., Randy Johnson and Greg Maddux in childhood

Possible we can both impact the Bronx in 2025? Or will the Bombers look for a fly chaser if they can't sign Juan?
Steve Adams
2:08
Possible, sure, but Spencer Jones is fanning in more than a third of his AA plate appearances. I don't think he's at all a lock to hit the ground running in MLB next year.

Can we expect a chat like this on the Football Rumors site?

They've done them in the past. I'm not really involved on the day-to-day operations over there, but I can shoot them a question on whether they plan to get them going again.

Does 6yrs/150 sound about right for Willy Adames next year?

I think it'll be in that ballpark yeah.

Cal Raleigh's among the more underrated players in the league
Perry Minasian

How big of a misplay was it for me not to trade any of Rengifo, Ward, Pillar, etc for whatever was offered?
Steve Adams

We don't know what was offered so there's no good way of saying, but it sure seems like the Angels (i.e. owner Arte Moreno) were never really inclined to listen much on guys who were controlled beyond the current season, which is indeed a misfire.

As for Pillar, he's said since the deadline that it was a mutual decision not to trade him. He's enjoyed playing there and wanted to stay. Good on him/them.

I still won't be surprised if he's waived in late August so a contender can pick him up and give him one final playoff run.
