Am I worth a QO?  Seems like that is an overpay given how up and down he is and injury  history?

He's going to finish the season around 150-160 solid innings and give the Cubs upwards of three WAR. That's easily worth $18MM on a one-year deal, and plus, he'd be taking a paycut with no multi-year security if he accepted, so you can feel confident that he'd reject.
