You cannot bid on it because JDs participating in trial team have priority for Legal Ethics ITA and Evidence ITA. You will NOT be added to them. You may certainly bid on Legal Ethics for Business Lawyers or any of the other Legal Ethics courses.

e slide said I may not bid on Legal Ethnic(ITA) .Is that means I will be automatically enrolled in that course? What if I want to choose Legal Ethnics for business lawyers which can also meet the requirement of NYB.

courses designated "ITA" are part of a special trilogy of courses designed for students participating in trial work/trial team- there is Legal Ethics ITA, Evidence ITA, and Trial Advocacy. LLM students are able to participated in a special section of Trial Advocacy (designated "int'l" on the schedule), but should not bid on LEgal Ethics ITA or Evidence ITA, as those courses are reserved for the JD students who need to complete the trilogy. If there are still seats available after bidding, LLMs in the Trial Ad int'l course will be able to add them

Hi, Thanks for your message! Learning about teh subject (which is of course different than the U.S. Corporate law) is usually not enough, it would be helpful for the professor who is granting the waiver if you had substantial work expereince and/or could provide a syllabus/more background.

Good Morning! During my undergraduate, I have studied Indian Company Law, which is the Indian equivalent to business associations. Would it be sufficient to obtain a waiver for business association for subjects that require it as a pre-requisite?
