That's a little out of scope.  ZiPS can evaluate, very generally, players knowing their past injuries, but can't really make any kind of diagnosis

That's not saying that Avi Garcia's *future* comps to Roberto Clemente's future, but that his past does.  And Clemente's past at Avi's age was extremely mixed.
