Frazier has some trade value, though it's obviously dropped.

I'm not sure the White Sox will trade Abreu if they're not bowled over and I don't think they'd be bowled over.

Does the player's union take a firm stand regarding earlier free agency/less suppression of pay for young players now that most, if not all, teams are paying free agents for what they are projected to produce as opposed to what the back of the baseball card says?

Reality is the MLBPA is at its weakest point in nearly 40 years. If they get any major concessions to their side, I'd be surprised.
