Few examples for the .211/.281/.343 line: Yoenis Cespedes, Justin Smoak, Aaron Altherr. All guys who were out of MLB in some form or another last year, but listed in FA in the DC. Obviously some kind of a placeholder, and I get why they wouldn't have a projection run, but saw that number popping up a few times!
