Do you think the pitch clock would have some positive effect on offense? Forcing pitchers that would otherwise take 40+ seconds between max-effort pitches to speed up their pace might mean quicker fatigue and not maintaining their stuff?

So true or false...Pena is a top 10 SS in baseball by the end of the year? Top 5 in the next 2-3 years? It's amazing how far under the radar he seems to have flown on prospect rankings the last year or two (Eric being a notable exception there)...because I'm not sure what isn't to love about his profile now
