I love the Mariners taking Trey Griffey in the 24th round as a respectful gesture. I mostly love it because it shows just how little teams value the 24th round that they will use it for purely symbolic means. Any "analysis" done on players after the first couple rounds is silly, but hey, love the dedication of the MLB network.
