Dan, how do I politely announce to my co-workers that I have to go poop.  If I say, "go to the bathroom" they might expect me back sooner than the gurgling in my bowels is  indicating to me.  Also, I don't work on the docks.

I think if you're not back in two minutes they can infer you're pooping.
Because everybody poops.  I saw a documentary about that once.

Regarding Travis Sawchik's recent post on the Orioles- do you think it would be wise of them to sell all of their assets while the stock is so low, especially considering most of the more valuable ones (Machado, Britton, Jones) don't have favorable team control situations?
