No, because I don't consider it a miscalculation.
Why are you all so keen on moving Quintana to the Astros?  Again, they're the playoff team that least needs him.

The only way he really becomes a priority add for the Astros (assuming no trade to Cubs) is if they have reason to believe that their various injured starters won't be around in October.
