No market changes.  This was about the going rate for Quintana's abilities/contract.
Most pitchers aren't as interesting.

ZiPS question, does the system take into account in-season velocity changes for projecting pitchers ROS?  If so how much of a factor does it play compared to other things?

No.  In-season is less sophisticated than the normal year-to-year version.

Saw somewhere that Astros trade for DeGrom would have to *start* with Bregman, Tucker and Martes. Is that something was you could see either team biting on?

Less valuable than Quintana is not terrible.
There's no binary in which evaluation is either Jose Quintana or terrible.
