Regarding the Cubs and shifting/BAPIP... I've read that the Cubs have been playing Baez wherever the coaches believe he'll have the most defensive impact. So they're not really shifting guys, but they are placing their best defenders efficiently.

winter tires are necessary if you run summer tires in the warmer months. summer tires are useless below about 50 degrees f. They're not just useful for snow but cold weather traction as well.
