Carla Wilke is the first panelist. She says "it is very interesting to be in digital media, managing between traditional and the modern technologies".

Steven Latasa, the CEO of Slide Shop, a website that sells digital marketing assets has experience working with big and small organisations. He says, "We're trying to disrupt the more traditional markets".

Steven also emphasized on small organisations rising up and giving equal opportunity to one and all in the marketing sector.

Erin Thrope, an expert on digital media says, "digital media is a nebulous word. Anything can be bought online, like on Amazon and then there is the content, which is consumed, then there is the news like NBC."

Emphasizing on the most important aspect of digital media, Javier Cortes says, "single use concept in digital media is obsolete. Space has to be designed for multiple uses. Every space has to be intertwined to another to be more useful."

George Creppy works at the Bank of America, and has been working for 5 years. By title, he is the "communication executive". His team is responsible for communications, employee engagement, and video engagement for the global risk organization. He is the Chief Risk Officer and as well as manages some international aspect of the company.

George says, "I have a very personal connection to digital media and I am very fascinated by social media interactions and its impact on society."

Reshan Richards talks about communication practices, and adds, "best thing anybody can do in communication practices is to naturally communicate to somebody. Organizations have to follow that pattern and know why it's working."

Answering to the first question by Dr. J.D. Schramm, George says, "working with an organization, he has to pay attention to everything that he has been sending out of the company."

George adds, "working with the Bank of America, he would need more people who knows how to get their work done and also can work with the company's constrain."

Steven emphasized on selling "Keynote or Powerful Templates" which were once only available to bigger organizations, but are now for everyone who wants to expand their space. He added that even though the techniques are slightly mundane, everyone uses them as they are the need of the hour and constitute the primary workflow.

Carle says that anyone that has a track in social media can easily go into a company. Accenture has both out consulting practices, they've got robust creative studios and produce their own content and also IBM.

Steven also says, "the main motive is to convey information and tell stories in a more powerful and visual way. He calls the means of digital media transformative."
