How much do losing Muncy & Belt change series win expectancy? Do they cancel each other out? Are personnel shifts like that marginal anyway?

It's hard to move the needle a TON in a five game series. I think the Giants lose less because they have better backup options, and Muncy is a better player than Belt, so it's an even bigger dropoff.
