what did you think about the m's trade for your boy caminero? are you as shocked as i am that he got through the entire national league on waivers? he makes $500k, throws 100+, has had a "closer of the future" vibe for a while, has looked much better of late, and isn't arb-eligible till 2018. no one in the entire league had room to option someone else down to aaa and take a shot?

Why when I go to depth charts do they not accurately reflect WAR numbers throughout the season? Example: http://www.fangraphs.com/depthcharts.aspx?position=ALL&teamid=17 Bryant has 1.7 total WAR, but 5.7 on his player page.

Very weird. It's basically all fastballs if you call his cutter a fastball. But each fastball has distinct, interesting movement, and he has good command.

Why is everyone treating the Blue Jays like the best offense? Red Sox have 50+ more runs than them on the year and the Jays are 16th in runs the last 30 days so it's not like they're much better recently

Yes the Red Sox are amazing. The Blue Jays are second in runs in the American League, and have the potential, especially at home, to put up huge numbers any night.
