He's *definitely* correct about pitchers avoiding the place like the plague. I think hitters don't love it either because a ton of them understand that the park effects might be dinging them more than they should be.

I was thinking J Upton with infield ability recently. But Moncada's K rate has fluctuated so I'm not sure we know his true talent ability there right now.
