Identify some late pitchers -- closers and starters -- that you like, so that you can have those q'ed up. It allows you to pick other players. Also, run the auction calculator on your league and have it as a tab that you can quickly use to compare a few players at one position.

Fly ball team leaders: Rays, Mets, Orioles, Cas, Blue Jays, Indians, Twins, Nationals. I'd say some of those are personnel driven, like the Nationals are on there because Murphy talks to everyone. From experience talking to hitting coaches, I like what I hear in Chicago and Houston most.
