I do plan to ask him about standing further away from the plate. Could help power, but could hurt contact.
Chet Steadman
12:45
Thoughts on Richards's "bicep cramps?"
Eno Sarris
12:46
Sucks. Can't drop because he's not 'hurt' and can't sell and just have to hold on to this boat in a storm.
Alex
12:46
Eno, any recs on canned/bottled hazy IPAs in so cal?
Eno Sarris
12:47
V Hard to find in cans and bottles generally. I don't love what Mumford is doing as much as some others, but they have some on tap and are in LA proper. Monkish is in Torrance and great. Half Door in SD is doing it. I'm... starting to be ambivalent about them.

Eric Thames' forearms are scaring my children, those are falsies right?
Eno Sarris
12:47
I haven't really interviewed him but I get a sense of realness from him in our few interactions.

Is the circle-change the most popular grip used for a changeup? What is your best guess, percentage wise, of non-circle-change changes?
Eno Sarris
12:48
Yes. Tons of weirder ones are still variations of the circle.
Jake
12:48
How concerned are you about Arrieta's velo dip?
Eno Sarris
12:49
There's been talk that all the numbers were off in the park that day. I would like to see two starts.
Clayton Richards
12:49
Is he for real? nice and easy delivery with lots of sink. There were few hard hits by the Dodgers. How do you think he does this year?
Eno Sarris
12:50
Dropping down is good for sink and fade, but his changeup is now worse for it, meaning he's a two-pitch sinker/curve lefty.
Gonna get blown up in a few outings by a team with good righties.

eno - this is probably a dumb idea but what do you think about this trade: getting madbum and jake lamb - giving lucroy carlos santana and gerrit cole...
Eno Sarris
12:51
I'd do that.

Kerry
12:51

Eno Sarris

HAH.

Chris Devenski: if he's a setup guy / closer / SP, he'd be of interest, where do you think he ends up in a month
Eno Sarris
12:51
100 IP RP.

I was offered D. Peralta for Pearce in an OPS league. What are your thoughts in a vacuum?
Eno Sarris
12:52
I'd take the lefty for the righty.

Last year, Gary Sanchez took the baseball world by storm by hitting 10 homers in his first 85 PA. Hunter Renfroe's now at 5 in 45.
Eno Sarris
12:52
He's got real power.

12:53
What are the separating factors between Carlos Rodon and Brandon Finnegan besides health?
Eno Sarris
12:53
Good question! Used to be velo and maybe change, but at this point Finnegan has closed the gap on both.
Estuary
12:53
Can you give me the rundown on what makes devenski good?
Eno Sarris
12:54
Great changeup with movement partially achieved by falling off the mound?
Nelson
12:54
Obviously growth of craft beer is increasing, but are they taking from macro or is overall beer drinking going up in relation?
Eno Sarris
12:54
Mostly taking from macro.
Big Tuna
12:54
What stats should I be tracking as I evaluate early season performances for fantasy purposes?
Eno Sarris
12:54
Velocity, spin on the four-seam, pitching mix percentages for pitchers. Strikeout rate / swSTR for hitters, in a bit, GB/FB.
Lars
12:54

Eno Sarris
12:55
Yes.
