WRT Andrus - What do you mean power is the thing we should be most skeptical of? Do you mean homeruns/results or exit velos? Feel like I've seen stuff here that you kinda only need a couple swings to get a sense for a guy with a ton of raw power

What helps a pitcher more with his command - an inning out of the pen 3-4 times a week, or 5-6 innings every 5-6 days? In other words, could a young starter struggling with command be Chris Sale'd into a pen role for a year, allowing him to both contribute to the MLB club and also improve his most glaring issue?

I think there are cosmetic changes in the pen -- they stop throwing the pitch they can't command.
