How valid are the comparisons between J.P. Crawford and Francisco Lindor? Are their similar minor league totals a coincidence, or can you actually see J.P. having similar success? I'm asking mostly about the offensive capabilities.

Curious, what "software" do you use for scouting? A tablet w stylus? pen & paper? some kind of special software for tracking players w notes so you can move them around?

I use a notebook but have considered going digital because it's more efficient for me to find that information later than it is to dig through my notes, but I think taking notes by hand and then plugging them in to my own database helps with recall so (shrugs)

Based on my assessment from last summer at Area Codes, similar archetype of player to a lot of really good shortstop prospects: Tools in a vacuum are just okay, but at shortstop they look really good.
