The vaccination mandate in MiLB ball going to have any affect? Obviously, some guys with 12 ERAs will retire, but American baseball players often come from middle-upper class white families...the exact demographic that recently has decided to oppose vaccination. If you have 2 kids rated the same, and one is from California, and the other from Florida...you take the one more likely to not have beliefs that might preclude them, right?

First off California has a big anti-vaxx movement. Second, I think the effect will mostly be more people getting vaccinated, so in the end it's very much a net positive. Hoping they do it with the big leaguers....

I will be eternally mystified about which ad wizards convinced Kershaw that it was a good idea to do a commercial where the premise revolves around someone hitting one of his pitches so hard that he needs a variety of vehicles to track it down.
