I'm rebuilding my team for 2017, and need some pitchers for next year. Is it worth making a big offer for Snell or Berrios, who are cheap in my league? Do you have a preference for Snell or Berrios?

I'd say Snell. But if you want to gear up for 2017, you might try to find a pitcher who is about one more year established than a rookie like Snell.
