Yes, I do. The Royals have a lot to solve as to the best deployment of their roster. They're trying to get MJ up to speed in the OF, and I'm starting to hear that Salvy isn't willing to switch to mostly DH duties. Which is where he belongs honestly with Melendez around.
Anyway, MJ might be hard to use in weekly leagues, and you'll have to pay attention to lineups in daily once he's up.
2:09
He'll have some kind of role after that monster 2021.

NL 5X5, are Floro and Wick worth $10?
Brad Johnson
2:09
No, that's too much
They can return that, but the median is more in the $4 range.

Opinion on D Varsho for catcher. 11 team categories

#4 catcher behind Salvy/Realmuto/Smith. like 40 picks behind them.

Did you see the two jack's by Luis Robert yesterday? Do you see 40/30 as a possibility?
Brad Johnson
2:10
I won't say it's impossible, but... well... it's pretty much impossible.
2:11
Assuming his batted ball profile is basically stable, that's like a 35% HR/FB ratio. He has a 17.6% rate to date. I do think he can easily improve that.
The 30 SB might be harder for him to reach. He's just normal fast, not an elite runner. https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/savant-player/luis-robert-673357?stats=...

have you heard any news about Acunas injury status?
Brad Johnson
2:12
Last I heard is they were targeting around April 21 for him to rejoin the team as a DH. Won't be in the field for awhile.

Eugenio Suarez or Brendan Rogers as a late round IF with positional flexibility?
Brad Johnson
2:13
Way keener on Suarez. I think Rodgers is a wasted roster spot unless you're just patching a mistake.

Bryson Stott impact for this year and dynasty?
Brad Johnson
2:13
I'll stop here because I like Stott. He's having a big spring while Bohm is still lost-looking.
I think Bohm has to go to Triple-A to get going.
2:14
I saw Stott at Fall League last season. He (and Brett Baty) were the most impressive looks for me. Was a MLBer playing with children.
I do think he might be better irl than fantasy.
2:15
Looking at like .270/.355/.440 with 15-20 HR and 6-12 SB per 600 PA
2:16
He has the traits of a leadoff hitter, but I think he's mostly a down-lineup guy this season. At least while Schwarber/Casty/Realmuto/Harper/Hoskins are all healthy.
Though Schwarber is inconsistent enough for Stott to maybe shove in there if he's hot at the right time.

And that's a wrap folks. As always, twas a pleasure. If I didn't get to your question - or if you asked 20 and I answered 2 - consider joining MLBTR's Front Office. We do this same chat every other week, and I've answered every question to date.
