In today's newsletter, I think they were primarily excess booing the Astros and not Manfred. They boo-ed him the same amount up until the Astro were selecting. Then the pitch got much much higher higher.

Oh for sure, but even that has to be considered partly for Manfred. It was his hamfisted handling of the situation which created half of the enmity folks have for the Astros.

You can try it, I like him to someday turn a corner... not necessarily this year. He's also not especially speedy so I wouldn't count on big SB totals.

Too bad Dairon Blanco doesn't seem to be working out.

Seems to be selling out for contact at the expense of power. That's not uncommon when guys debut, but it usually backfires bad. Kind of positive when you see a guy get away from his usual gameplan and still succeed.

I think he's real from a fantasy sense, but the irl profile isn't a must-start guy

But yea, he should be a 20/30 threat per 60 PA pace guy

Snell or sell?

Snell has been arguably best SP in baseball last 2 months. He's also known to get better as season goes on. I was offered Snell and Albies for Bieber and thinking of accepting (I also need 2B help). Would you do that trade?

Depends on your opportunity costs. He's a good player. Should be rostered in 10-team and deeper. Starting for most but not all teams. You're not going to sit Bryce Harper for him, slump be damned.

Oh, I really don't have a read on Manoah.

Like, I don't think anybody's really figured out what went wrong.

Without knowing the problem, it's awfully hard to identify if he's found a solution
