Personally, I think they'll basically end up standing pat. There really aren't controlled pitchers on the market, and they won't be comfortable investing in the current roster. They could turn Nick Senzel's spot into a better player. An RP or two would make sense.
I'm skeptical about an India trade. That's something that takes a lot more than one week to work out.
Maybe over the winter.

I like Skubal, something like a 3.50 ERA and 10 K/9. Good WHIP too. 1.10-1.15 range
His stuff is better this year

H's more of a 4.00-5.00 ERA guy imo. Maybe he figures out how to miss bats in the Majors. He always could in the minors, but I'm not seeing how he gets there against MLB bats.

Paul Skenes is being described as a "Generational" SP.  Any early thoughts on him as he enters his professional career with the Pirates?

I'd push back on "generational"
What I do agree with is he requires no development to fit in an MLB rotation.
Whether or not he reaches an ace ceiling will depend on his on-the-job growth.
