Is Harper still worth a keeper spot?
Brad Johnson
2:11
Yes, he rushed back so don't judge the power outage too harshly
Expect vintage Harper next year if not later this year.
Brayan Bello
2:11
Is he worth a start against the Royals today?
Brad Johnson
2:11
I'm always in on Bello starts. Love pitchers of his profile.

Are you starting Kershaw this week against Colorado and hoping he actually gets activated, or waiting until next week?
Brad Johnson
2:12
Got this question quite a few times. I have 0 shares and have not followed his health situation closely.
Bobby Higginson

Could you see a Torkelson or Green breakout next year fantasy wise for the tigers?
Brad Johnson
2:12
Tork is closer to a breakout imo
David

Speaking of Sandy Alcantra ... would you trade Corey Seager for him in a keepers league?  I do need pitching help and have Elly and Bobby Witt on my team.
Brad Johnson
2:12
I would not, absent other information
Seager is so good right now.
2:13
Without the injuries, he'd be among the top 5 performers
(of course, the injuries ARE part of who he is)

Curious as to your thoughts on young guys like Grayson Rodriguez who are approaching their max innings already and whether it makes sense to try and use them as trade bait due to expected lack of performance (ex. Tyler Wells) as they get more innings, or if that's just overcomplicating things.
Brad Johnson
2:14
This is something I frequently look into and rarely find an attractive-enough answer.
2:16
I'd describe this as a discipline-based advanced fantasy play. If you try to do this without any discipline, you will shoot yourself in the foot. If you don't want to bother with advanced plays because they're confusing or take too much time (they really do take more time than they're worth), a touch of good luck is usually more valuable.
(human discipline, not plate discipline)

Who you targeting in fantasy Football?
Brad Johnson

Mike Trout
Ohtani
2:17
Is he still an Angel opening day 2024
Brad Johnson
2:17
No
Vincent Price

Got any Halloween costumes picked out yet?
Brad Johnson
2:17
Yes, several

altuve, vlad jr for tatis.  i gave up tatis but... i dont know if it was the right move.
Brad Johnson
2:18
I prefer Tatis side, but we're at the point of the season where weird looking deals can favor both sides. And this isn't actually a weird trade.

Time to look for trades for Machado or Freeman? Or they just stick as my ride or die playes till they call it quits.
Brad Johnson
2:19
I'd be more eager to trade Machado. Freeman is that Votto-tier of pro hitter. He should continue to thrive even as his athleticism evaporates. Machado, I'm a little more worried about the athleticism driving the profile.
He could go the Miguel Cabrera route.
2025 #1 Prospect
2:19
Who will be the number 1 prospect at the start of the 2025 season
Brad Johnson
2:20
Jackson Chourio, James Wood, Ethan Salas
That's my shortlist today. I think I'm missing a name or three. Maybe Crews.
2:21
I think Holliday graduates by then
I gave up Tatis too
2:21
Tatis for Romano, Adolis, Arraez and Holliday. Worth it?
Brad Johnson
2:21
Holliday redeems much, depending on your format rules

Is it possible that Trea Turner is struggling because I traded him in my keeper league last year? It would make sense.
Brad Johnson
2:21
That's probably it.
Rickey
2:21
Do you think Jake Burger gets enough playing time to be a solid replacement for Jung? How about Jake Bauers - decent CI option?
Brad Johnson
2:22
I like Burger more than Bauers. Burger is elite on contact. Not too worried about the larger home venue.

Trea Turner went 4-12 over the weekend with 3 Xtra basehits...any hope he can salvage his season? Yahoo! still has him as a "can't cut"
