What would your main tips be for someone who wants to be a fantasy analyst someday?

Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something. If you want to do it, do it. It's going to be a grind, but if it were easy, everyone would do it. Always say yes to opportunities, even if it conflicts with already made plans. Requires sacrifice. But again, if you want it, go and get it.
