I'm still holding. His bat seems SLOW, but he has been working with J.D. Martinez on his swing/approach. He has some good matchups this week. If he craters this week, it might be time to pull the plug. But I'm still holding him in leagues where I have him.

Phillip Evans has filled in quite nicely for Hayes. Do you think his performance is sustainable? If so, what do the Pirates do when Hayes comes back?

Well, Hayes is obviously starting when he comes back. Evans is a journeyman who has played well for stretches in the past. If he is still hitting, they'll find him a spot in the lineup. But it won't be at 3B unless it's just for Hayes to get a day off.

I don't know if panicking is the right word, but yes. Yaz has kind of been hitting above his weight for a while now, so some regression as to be expected. With Strasburg, the question once again becomes health. He looked awful the other night and was clearly hurt. He and the team denied he was. And then he hit the IL.
