I've moved him into my top-12 dynasty RBs. If he signs a 3-year deal, he'll move into my top-8.

I will be participating in a Dynasty Superflex Startup league with TE premiums. This is my first Dynasty experience and I feel like a SF league is like jumping off of the highest diving board at the local rec center. What advice do you have for my co-manager and me?

Haha, that is definitely jumping straight into the deep end. My advice: Go with the flow of the draft. If QBs start flying off, you don't want to be left with guys like Nick Foles and Drew Lock as your starters. Everyone has a plan, until they get punched in the face. Be prepared to get punched in the face.
