@Murray...no go until vaccine is rolled out sufficiently, and probably not for a while after that until we see how things play out. Even in best case scenario, we might not be doing any shows until 2022. Health/safety first!

I find myself purchasing Tradd’s variant covers on books I’m actually interested in because of another artist.  LOVE Allred, but went with Tradd cover.  Same with Harren & Ultramega 1.  I don’t like it, but I can’t resist.  😆

@Lambo...no, it was going to regular comic. But maybe the eventual collection would be treasury sized. Anyway, I would have gotten it all lol

@Dakota Crose Good question! Haha, Donny is a wild man indeed! However... ain't nobody gonna out wild me! ;) We worked "Marvel Style" on this book, meaning we came up the story and ideas together. Sometimes I would draw the scene and Donny would add writing afterward, Sometimes he would write the scene and I'd draw it after. Usually with action sequences - Surfer vs the Three Sentries, Surfer diving into Ego, Surfer Vs Galactus, Surfer Vs Knull - those are plotted on the page by me. Same with how Felipe Smith and I did Ghost Rider!

Hi Tradd! I'd been hesitant to pick up modern original comic art without word balloons...until I picked up a page from your SSB! 🤯🤯🤯 Wow! So clean! Beautiful and unique lines and shapes. Definitely a transformative experience gazing at my SSB original page in person. Inspired me to start picking up more original comic art sans words. Wishing you much health, joy, success, and creativity as your career launches beyond the stratosphere.

@Victor B. Yeah, manga and anime was hugely formative for me! My style wouldn't be what it is without it. Toriyama, Junji Ito, Otomo, Satoshi Kon, Miyazaki, Shinichirō Watanabe, off the top of my head were/are some big ones.

@Joe G and @Dakota Crose - I love writing and drawing my own stuff! Yeah, that's the dream - writer/artist is how I started making comics in my youth, writer/artist is where I aspire to go in my adulthood. There are different joys and challenges that go along with working solo or with collaborating - I don't intend to abandon either practice!
