I just got a front office membership to read the offseason updates! Am I alone or is that working out for you guys?

Thanks for joining! We've had a handful of new subscribers from each Outlook. The first few had about a dozen apiece. Guessing that'll tail off over time -- if you're considering signing up to read the Outlooks, you'll probably do so relatively early in the process -- but it's been a success so far. I think it has outpaced Tim's expectations, which is really gratifying

The complaints about the paywall are what they are. Obviously we're hoping that people will sign up and find value in the subscription that surpasses the cost.

That's a choice everyone needs to make for themselves, which we get. I have a ton of stuff that I like but wouldn't be willing to pay even a small amount for on a monthly basis, need to draw lines somewhere

I think a lot of the complaints don't make logical sense. They're some variation of "no one would pay for this but I'm also angry that I can no longer access it for free." But the number of people who have subscribed is a lot higher than the people who are seriously complaining it. Most people understand why Tim made that call even if they don't get a membership, which we all totally get
