Does Ricky Tiedman break camp with the Blue Jays?
Anthony Franco

The career inning count is so low that they can't break camp with him in the MLB rotation and expect him to hold up all season
Could start him in the MLB bullpen and try to go the Michael Kopech route of building him to a rotation workload in 2025, I suppose, but I think it's likelier he just opens in the rotation in Buffalo

It would be absolutely fantastic if the Reds signed Hicks, Neris, Lugo, and Rodriguez or Wacha (unless they trade for someone else) and a solid outfielder who can platoon with Fraley and Benson. Soler would be great, but I don't see them spending much on an outfielder. Do you think these are reasonable expectations?  What are your thoughts?

Any time you specifically pick four or five free agent targets, you're going to be disappointed. But any one or two of those guys (other than Soler) seems viable to me
I agree they could use a right-handed platoon bat in the outfield but Soler's too good (and expensive) for that kind of role

What is your must have dish at Thanksgiving?
Best Thanksgiving movie?
4:16
Rocky? Miracle on 34th Street? Planes, Trains, and Automobiles?
Anthony Franco

Not sure if pumpkin pie counts as a "dish" but that's the obvious (if cliche) desert choice for me. Cranberry sauce is probably my go-to side

Haven't given much thought to the idea of a Thanksgiving movie but Planes, Trains and Automobiles is my favorite of the three you mentioned and also the one that feels most like a "Thanksgiving movie" to me

Have to wrap here but feel free to throw stuff at me on Twitter if I didn't get to your question. I'll try to get back to anyone on there tonight
Back to the typical Friday chat next time. As always, thanks so much for supporting the site! Happy Thanksgiving everyone, talk to you next week!
