Very good points. They are three key components of this team, or at least should be or have been planned to be. How they return will have a significant impact on the team. But I'm not sure all will return.

So, many here were predicting 9-8 given the schedule and roster and they will finish within a half game of that either way, despite massive injuries. So why all the doom, gloom and panic? The call for cleaning house on coaches and young players? Seems like this was a reasonable year 1 of a "reload" to be followed by year 2 of the "reload" next year. No?

The Chargers and Raiders both get to the post season with a tie if the Steelers and Jags win. It is so weird for that to be possible. I know it does not happen often but I HATE that games can end in ties in any professional sport. Any chance the NFL eliminates ties soon?

Good Morning and thanks for the chat Gerry, hope the New Year finds you well.  Why did it take 15 weeks of watching Green at Center before the coaching staff decided to try something different at Center?  The fact that it was supposedly an "injury" that caused the change just seems dubious at best.
