Just curious about your thoughts on much drafting a non-center in Kendrick Green set back the Steelers? Even Ben couldn't stand in the pocket when Green was pushed back after snapping by bull rushes. Chris Carter's article on the o-line was interesting and the gelling of the line along with passing proficiency has made an incredible difference. Thanks for all the work that you guys do!

Gerry…. Mason Rudolph has undergone a transformation of sorts… he is displaying and playing with a lot of confidence… used to be so robotic, and played so ugly… but there is a smoothness to his game now that I had not seen previously…. He has really cleaned up his foot work a lot too…. Rudolph had been under Canada the entire time he was here…. Is it just a coincidence that he is showing out now that Canada is gone?…. Or maybe just finally coming into his own… my father always used to say it takes five years to make a quarterback in the pros…. Rudolph has improved…. And has displayed the class of a leader…. What do you attribute his dramatic improvement?…

Gerry:  Elvis Presley Harvin is pretty bad-  I don’t know what his stats are but the eye ball test combined w situational punting tells me(a non football expert) that he’s bad.  Is it possible that he’s just punting w the wrong foot?

Do you think Tomlin’s reticence to praise Mason or name him #1 is because it wasn’t his call to bench Kenny? Is his posture towards Mason a reflection that his hand may have been forced by Rooney, or more likely, the locker room who appeared to be quitting on him, Mitch, and Kenny? There has been a marked difference in the offense’s effort the past three weeks.
